Just the reflection along with the cool colors pretty much

Oh ok well the reflection, if you check out the original, was already there and the colours was basically done in multiple layers and adjustments

No actually I didn't use any gradients just alot of layer styles and multiplying them.

Oh its a photo and i manipulated it, the hearts were different parts of other photos
