One of the few good things about BCT at Fort Lost in the Woods was hearing the buzz made by the Warthogs whenever we were at a range or field. I just wish we could have seen them.

Oh NO! You've got an A-10 and somebody with an M-1. Story time! Old Guard days---Our A-10s got complaints for buzzing a ranch just outside of our north gun range.......The story goes that the old boy who ran the place (an old WW-II vet) registered his complaint for buzzing his cattle with his old M-1... Sooooooo...five in the clip.... Three in the under side of our bird! (at range too!). No..... our firehaired boys did not buzz his cattle anymore! (fuel shop spent a week resealing the wing and main tank.... )Fun times! See Ya!

Ha! Oh good god, that's nuts!
My father was a Herk driver at Pope, and they used to do low levels all the time. They usually tried to stay away from populated areas, but sometimes they would come upon a turkey farm. The farmers would get pissed 'cause all the turkeys would freak out and pile up into one corner of the pen.
