Description
If you look closely, you can see the old lines under the white art tape I use frequently to make corrections I'm not sure about in my sketchbook. The tape doesn't rip up the drawing, so I can reposition or remove it multiple times to refine parts of a drawing without having to re-draw the whole thing.I'm drawing this comic in the style of my friend, Hilary Florido. (This isn't just a stylistic excercise. She's very important to the story.) I'm very unused to drawing in a manga style, so it took me a couple of days to work out how the head construction was gonna work. These are still wonky, but they're almost there.

White tape? That's crazy. I'll have to try that sometime with a loose pencil drawing.
I don't know if I'd call them manga (because of the heavy lineweight), but they still look great.
