Oh awesome design! I really like the lumps and bumps made by his armor, hoses and muscles. He looks like a bionic robot.
I would smooth some lines to refine him even more to give him a more mechanical look especially on his guns. Maybe a little more details on the hoses would also help.

sort of I mean i paid to learn something, anything for crying out loud and my professors just give the students HW and tell you when it's due without showing much and when you ask a question about something they look at you as if you've have commented a taboo in "their" class.....sigh....
