Now it's onto the parts of our workout that feature some extra friends.
My buddy/pther bro/co-trainer Ben has joined me and Geo for our workout session at the gym. This time around we're hitting up the punching bags and taking turns laying down the smack on them. At the moment, Geo and Ben and pummeling while i stand behind them,
Now it may seem unfair that i went all muscly to show off my huge washboard abs, but i find it's a really good motivator, as these guys are REALLY going at it! Keep it up, guys! I know you'll get here someday!
