(The pics in this series and accompanying stories take place in an alternate reality. It is not canon to how Ben and I actually met. There are two different versions of the story. Each will have slight differences from the other.)

The world of Pokemon is incredible. In this world, these creatures come in many shapes and sizes, even statues. You'll find some who are normal, some who are anthro, slim or muscular, even some with abilities that leave you speechless. Once someone turns 10, they can go on their adventure and discover such Pokemon for themselves.

Ben, a young Bandicoot from Pallet Town, turned 10 not that long ago. Unfortunately, he had trouble getting to sleep last night, but he managed to get to Professor Oaks Lab (where new trainers get their starter pokemon) fully psyched and fully dressed. As for the Pokemon he would be receiving, he was in luck. Oak had a very special Pokemon to give Ben, an Eevee! What luck! He was gonna start off with one of the cutest Pokemon out there.

You can understand him expecting to start off with a normal sized Eevee, cause the one he was getting as his starter was massive! The anthro Eevee that Oak showed him was over three times his height, not to mention stacked. I'll never forget the look on Ben's face when he laid eyes on him. I should know, cause I'm the Eevee in question.

I'm Matt, and as you can tell, I'm one of the special Pokemon that got crazy cool powers, not to mention one of the anthro ones I mentioned earlier. The powers I have are pretty cool, quite possibly the best ones in my opinion. As Oak explained to Ben, one of them includes the ability to change my size at will. You should see how big I can get. My powers have come in handy around the lab. As for my muscles, I can also be buff or slim as I wanna be. I should mention I can also say more than just my name. (I think I've heard there's a Meowth who can talk as well.) There are more powers I have besides that, but Oak figured it was best to make a list to read later. I'm sure Ben, despite his initial shock at seeing me, was eager to get started on his journey.

I wanted to make a good impression for my new trainer. My normal size is 6' 3", but I figured showing off my powers off the bat would be a good thing. It would let my new trainer know just what I capable of right away. In hindsight, maybe i should've gone easy with the size powers. A 16' anthro Eevee isn't something a trainer expects when getting their first Pokemon and might scare someone away. Still, in my opinion, I look cute no matter my size or stature.

Luckily, I have a very very friendly nature. I'm a lover and a fighter, plus Ben won't need to worry about me breaking his back by accident when I hug him. I've had plenty of practice with my powers and experience being buff. Once Professor Oak fetched Ben's Pokeballs, his dex, as well as my clothing (which thankfully changes size with me), we're on our way.

I think and Ben and I are gonna get along great, I just know it. This is the start of a big new friendship!
