The card never said who it was from, only that it was for me. As for the tag, this "bike pump" was actually something called The Muscle Max Pump, a device that would allow be to reach my dream size. All I had to was insert the hose in my belly button and pump.

I was a little nervous, but it's clear whoever gave me this wanted to help, so I put the hose in there nice and tight, and gave myself a couple pumps, and I loved what happened next!! With each pump, I felt my muscles grow, and soon I was the perfect basketball player height!!

But as I looked at my new size and stature, I thought to myself "why stop here?" If this thing could make me any size I wanted, I'd figure I'd see if it could.
