Description Just a quick addendum to my Boreopterus field guide entry. It's not a field guide to flying critters without at least one in-flight view, wings fully extended. Here's the adult morph (nee Zhenyuanopterus) in mid flap. I have the wings angled pretty steeply forward, as suggested by Colin Palmer at the recent SVPCA meeting (see [link] ).

Note that the legs are sprawled out to the side so they're extremely foreshortened in this view.

Actually they're probably ornithocheirids.
