In case anyone is wondering, this Devastator is intended to accompany that second line T-Hawk and counter some of its weaknesses. It also sports a SFE to drive the old machine forward, while 2 SBGRs are intended for crit seeking and to make short work of any hostile aero forces, while the Plasma Rifles sure should give most BA/infantry/vehicle forces pause to rethink their endeavour.
