Commissioned battletech warship. Designed to fill a fleet support roll as well as bring speed and some firepower to the fight. This ship features sizable passenger and dropship capacity, even having some bulk liquid storage for support.Wacom and PS over sketch.

So she's an armed Fleet Tender then, carrying all the spares and supplies for the fleet. Given the way FTL works in B-tech and how long it takes (akin to modern day naval campaigns) it makes sense to have these around.
