finally something nice to break the blockage.Always loved the New Mutants books round this time period. Getting a good bit of Bill Sienkieviche (sp?) artwork was always nice too. Scanned in a little 4x6 sketch and painted over it in PS

Wonderfully painted. It reminds me of the cover to New Mutants #19, which was the intent, I suppose, haha. But I really like this reimagining--the demon bear looks terrifying, and is clearly mystical, which was what made the stories of the first New Mutants so amazing. You've updated the idea with beautiful digital work, and given me a nostalgia rush for run all in one go. Thanks so much. It looks terrific.

Yeah, those Bill S. issues of the new mutants really shocked my young brain. Hadn't seen art like his before and it really stuck with me.

Wow, this is incredible! It is so Nightmare-ish and surreal. I love it, especially Bobby's face in the Bear's mouth
