this old map is very well presented. the poseidon look-alike old man especially is perfectly done.

How do you get that old age effect on the page?

Which part of the old age.
Some of it is scanned paper with color corrections. Some painted textures with painted folds. And the the map is inked by hand. Any parts you want described in more detail?

The old paper effect. you know, how untreated paper ages and turns yellowy and splotchy?

That would be Water Color paper 140 lb, I soaked it in a a black tea and coffee bath with salt to concentrates the color saturation. Then I just scanned it. Color corrected it I also used plain water with a brush and sprinkled a dry tea packet. Just a light dusting.
