Ah, Hiei is my favorite character from Yu Yu Hakusho. His Jaggan Eye is the perfect thing to destroy his opponents, especially when calling on his Kokuryuha, translated as "Dragon of the Darkness Flame"!
Think that sweet girl behind him will mellow him out a bit?
