So, it's Matsuri I found out. Now that I compare the two they look rather similar. Too similar for my tastes. I don't like how Kishimoto made Matsuri and Sakura look alike.

Its a restaurant in the Hidden Sand Village. 'Though, I dunno if it could be considered canon, since it only shows up in the video games.
