Naruto is a closeted pervert...outside Konoha he was easily convinced by Jiraiya to join him on these research ...but in Konohoa he never risked because he was too afraid of Sakura...remember that episode when he was at the hot springs with Yamato and he warned him to not spy on Sakura by telling him the story of Tsunade nearly killed Jiraiya?
Oh now that i think about it ....there's a filler where Naruto tried to spy on the girls but Lee fell through the roof and they thought he was spying on them...

The RTN filler put the onus on Kiba as the instigator, with poor Gai falling down and causing Naruto to end up with Sakura's "small" bra. (Did not end well.  )  In RTN it was alt-Neji who started the ball rolling, and led to a truly can't-unsee-it moment with alt-Lee.

I'm confused, the one who fell in the filler episode was Lee....
Sakura was too harsh with Naruto, he never spied on the "Konoha's girls" before and never attempted to steal stuff, so instead of interrogating him, she sent him flying....but to say the truth he deserved it a bit, as he tried to spy on them....

It was Kiba who put the boys up to it, with Naruto wanting to be Kiba's friend more than anything else. Lee was the unfortunate vehicle of karmic justice.

They are disgusted because he corrupted his students...Minato aside, Tsunade entrusted Naruto to Jiraiya to train him not to corrupt him by taking him in these so called research...

I hoped that Minato was smart to not follow Jiraiya's research quests, but it was too good to be true, it's Jiraiya's we're talking about...while Minato acts like a saint and lies through his teeth...Naruto shows again his famous idiocy by talking in front of women of his life....

It was probably inevitable that they ended up peeping, whether they wanted to or not. Probably also got dragged into a few of the inevitable mad retreat scrambles as well!   I could see Jiraiya trying harder with Minato, then giving up when his talented pupi showed more interest in jutsu research and a certain Red-Hot Habanero. Naruto was a training monomaniac, who probably disgusted Jiraiya by heroically saving a dozen girls...and not scoring with any of them!

Poor them ...
Minato aside who was in love with Kushina since day one, Naruto had a sort of forced unrequited crush on Sakura, while didn't notice Hinata he could be easily swayed if a girl is agressive, and about he girls he saved durings the years ...
1- they are older than him 
2-they are taken
3- they have other things to worry about
4- and Naruto didn't have other motives when he saved those girls...

Kishimoto again is trying to set a good example for his readers, and has said for the record that Naruto put romance to the side until he was an adult, and had fulfilled his dream of getting Sasuke to return to Konoha. It's still no surprise in-story that socially unskilled Naruto comes off as a particularly dense shounen hero who unintentionally white knights his way around the world. Naturally his upbeat spirit, unflagging attitude, and all-around niceness get such good reactions from the girls! His crush for Sakura, however unrealistic, was a convenient way to let them down easy.

Makes sense, i think that Naruto is a refreshing story, with loyality, friendship and pure love, better than other non Japanese series, with the main characters who changes love interests like clothes...
and about anime and manga , mostly i watch shoujo and fantasy, but shouen , i didn't like them before Naruto, which i've started watching/reading it in during 2014...
