It's been months since the Akatsuki disappeared without trace, or word, and Itachi was defeated. Naruto has been back from his training with the toads for a few weeks, and is on a mission, that will end up changing his life forever.
But it isn't all good, as an old enemy from a hidden part of his past, returns, wishing to take control of the Kyuubi power for themselves. And on top of that, Sasuke has given himself up, appearing to be a changed person.

overall, its about Naruto and Hinata, but it has evolved a lot in to a more expanded comic with action, comedy, romance, drama.
mostly it is an AU version of Naruto that splits from after the Sasuke Vs Itachi fight. Which was around when I started it, and had to guess a lot XD

Take it as just a splintered Time-line.
No, as in Everything is canon up to a point, but Yes, after that point its an alternate timeline.

there are also some 'historical' parts, not technically rewrites, as we don't know anything about those times, and some are interpretations of the same events. if its not for you, its not. but a lot of people enjoy it. and I have been doing this a LONG time, so it does get better.

I see. Sorry if my words before came off as rude. It's just that with this rising fad of re-writes for the past year, I've really been miffed about such a thing being brought up more and more. There's a reason I don't enjoy them but I won't go on a tangent why. I'll explain on my own account at another point.
As for your work here, if you have been working on this for a long time and it's not a re-write then I apologize for any cause for offense you believe I made. I was only wondering but I suppose I could have typed my response better to not come off as such. If I ever get the chance to see your work? I will. No hard feelings?

its a fan doujin. it own thing, just has a canon connection, like all fanfics. and no worries, didn't sound rude.
I actually started this in 2008, so been 10 years in the making lol. so yes, been writing it a while ^^
And yeah, rewrites can be a little annoying. Unless they are total rewrites. like how the series Tenchi justs seemed to rewrite itself each season XD Same characters, different scenarios. XD
Feel free to look at all my fan art, and my original stuff, I have some good stuff, and some NSFW stuff, so be warned if you're not in to that kind of stuff.

yeah. I've never taken issue with questions. it when people 'critique' in harsh ways like 'this is shit' and give no reason that i tend to ignore. or when people start making personal slights at something.

To be more clear, after naruto defeated pain he's now got more respected, he continues to train to hone his skills as a ninja and in your au he's become more smarter to realize how much hinata always cared and loved him.
As for sasuke, after killing itachi he never met up with obito and never learned the truth.

Oh yes. Comments like that aren't opinions. They're just being spiteful and immature for the sake of getting under somebody's skin. There's a difference between expressing your opinions and being a jerk. I've heard the best way to defeat a troll is starvation. Give them no attention of any kind.

And here I am at Volume one. I held true to my plan and to follow the story till the Wedding. Now I'm gonna read from the beginning, 2 chapters a day five days a week (No reading on the weekends) and see how long it takes for me to catch up with the current chapters. This'll be fun

Can someone clarify if the start of this manga is before or after Naruto learns sennin mode? A few things have confused me about that later on in the series...

it is a little skewed but the best way i can explain it is it takes place after Sasuke kills Itachi then deviates into a sort of alternate route where Pain's Invasion never happened
then again you probably read a head by now so you learned all of this already

This is an amazing unpublished manga in my opinion. Focusing primarily on the romantic aspect of the Naruto series like so many have wanted to see... I sincerely hope that you continue making Manga and look forward to other works of yours

Matt, I'm so upset that you most probably won't even try making this OFFICIAL (for one reason or another).
It's such an extreme PITY.
Especially since you actually draw most characters the RIGHT way to begin with - quite some pages are literally almost as if Kishimoto-drawn.
I'm having a similar feeling to the one I have whenever playing C2C - for the same "best fan-made stuff that will never become official" sadness...
