I hope in this both Seireiko and EmoSasuke get told at the same that Naruto is the Fourth Hokage's son. And with that knowledge, Seireiko is basicaly angry that he could have just kidnapped Naruto and then getting ahold of the scroll and forced him to open it instead of trying to get ahold of of decades old blood samples and the EmoSasuke basically having Sasuke's reaction to the info.

This cover is really well-done, as well does it look pretty, altogether.
I feel this is the best NHC volume cover, yet (and not because of what you would think, either. 
I like the set-up, and the darker shades on Scarred Sasuke and Seireiko.
And Kei's looking mighty fine, as well.
