Just keep at it, like I do, and DAILY practice.

the practice isnt so bad but the daily thing is. but i will still give it my all yosh!

Ten minute quick sketch practise is good, pick a character, and for a week, draw that character, in ten minutes, even if it ends up sucking, keep each one, then at the end of the week compare for improvements. 
And you can either do the ten minute once a day, or a couple of times a day.

Lobo the Duck is a Fusion of Howard the Duck(Marvel-comics) and Lobo the Last Czarnian(he killed all others by the time he turned 17)
in the DC-universe(Lobo's home) Lobo means "Who Devours Your Entrails And Thoroughly Enjoys It" in a Khund-dialect
