Pretty cool looking. I think it'd work better without the large foldover panel going across his chest. I would try making more like a regular trenchcoat, maybe with alot of large buttons going down from the neck to the abdomen and then opening from there. Or just a straight closed line or zipper like an Akatsuki cloak.

It might look a little better if the buttoned flap on the coat came down a bit further. Also his hood looks a little out of shape, but that's a minor thing.
