Tokage

Abilities
Tokage came into possession of a shard of the meteorite from the Hidden Star Village before it was destroyed by Naruto. Realizing the chakra-enhancing radiation was to much for a human's body to bear, Tokage developed a special suit that would mix his own chakra with the shard's radiation. This enables him to utilize all the techniques of the Mysterious Peacock Method without succumbing to the side effects of the radiation. Since the jutsu takes a good deal of control and time to master, not anyone can put on the suit and automatically utilize its power to the fullest; Tokage was able to harness the power fully as a result of extensive training. He is also able to amplify the power for the star's chakra due to the Village of Artisan's methods of creating weapons.

Tokage also has fire chakra and designed his suit so as to combine his fire chakra with the star's radiation. The suit has wrist launchers from which Tokage is capable of shooting streams of fire. As a result the suit's radiation, Tokage's fire attacks change to pink fire and are able to do a much greater deal of damage than originally.

Background
Tokage was once a scientist from the Village of Artisans who specialized in making ninja tools for other villages. He, like many in his village, felt the other nations had abandoned them when they needed help most after everything they did for them. After accumulating a massive fortune from Rensho Atsumori's diamond jutsu, the leader of the Shadow Village Fukushuu Tasogare offered Tokage and other craftsmen employment to help design and build weapons to advance his cause. Drawn by the money and a chance for revenge against the Five Great Nations, Tokage accepted and started assisting in developing weapons. His greatest achievement was the War Machine, a mechanical soldier designed for the soul purpose of rendering the modern ninja obsolete.

At some point, the Shadow Village was able to retrieve a shard of the Star Village's meteorite before it was destroyed. Fukushuu gave the shard to Tokage as a reward for everything he had down and believed he could find a way to harness its power. The craftsman succeeding in developing a suit that could harness the shards power and eliminate the harmful side effects of the radiation. Such an invention only helped Tokage rise to higher ranks within the Shadow Village.
