I'm going to be perfectly honest, I never understood the Tenten fan base. I get your hentai fan base they think she's hot and want to see her in sexual situations. How ever where is the draw for the normal fan base? what's her appeal? what has she ever really done?

she isn't used enough in the manga. but, in the anime, for sure, and when she fights in the shippuden manga, she is kick ass ^^

Yes, they do use her in the filler alot. However Her back story and personality is just so undefined. The Filler writers do as they please for the sake of the joke with her personality. She really just boils down to a background character with an interesting weapon style who is in the same group as other more developed characters.

i certainly agree with her there i never judge a character by there screen time and certainly see much potential in Tenten add maybe an elemental chakra or two, Ninjutsu, maybe some close quarters weapons like a Katana, Bo staff that can bend and kept together in a chain then she could be like a dumbed down Erza Scarlet just witiout the armor.
really hope tenten gets some action in the manga's final chapters or the anime and fillers.
