a for of his RP persona Character.has the water manipulation ability, even able to manipulate water to the point that even vapor becomes blades and bullets and waves of water.

He's no water bender. He's 80% Ninja, 20% Sorcerer after his travels
Grew up in a village hidden in the leaves; became freelance; and after discovering he had eyes that (opposite to the Sharingan) allowed him to see and control the very molecules of water, he traveled to learn the true meaning of the element, and in the process of improving his jutsu, learned some things from sorcerors who manipulated the same element as well.

Welllll, wizard and sorcerer are synonymous. the first book was even called "sorcerer's stone". :/
