Hurricanes are the result of thermal lows and water evaporating off the ocean. Thermal Lows happen when air warms up and moves up into the atmosphere. Water evaporation happens when water gets warm. Both phenomenon are something you'd see more of if the world's temperature goes up a couple of degrees due to an increase in Co2 in the atmosphere.
