Phew...it took a while, but I finally did it...again. What I mean is, I've somehow re-RE-made the BB idolo sprite I did a long time ago. I've already remade it, but because of a god damn virus, I lost it along with...many...many others...I did turn my back on the project completely at first, but seeing how people liked the old one(which was actually a sprite that I was kinda ashamed of), I figured, why not try again? And yes, I put this one on a flash drive this time...It's not totally like the re-made design I had before...but it's some-what close.I know that the blade and shield are on the wrong sides and idolo doesn't have a head-jewel, but it was something that I thought I'd add. Keep in mind I'm not making the orbital frame itself, just something like...a mega-merge, if I put it in megaman terms. And no, not like that stuff I keep seeing, the pics of little girls bearing mecha armor. I don't remember exactly what people call it, but that's NOT what I was going for, this is merely a concept idea. Same as the one that came before, that's why I didn't cover the mouth. I know the changes doesn't seem like much but believe it or not it took me HOURS to do...The visor, the crystal feathers, every single change took me so long to get right. 20 tries to me exact...

why don't you submit it to daily deviations? I honestly think you have good chances to get something! ^^

1st: I don't think those sprites are MUCH better than yours. to be honest, both detail levels seem very close
2nd: even if in the spriters world your sprites are considered amateur and the ones from the link are pro...they're not dds, I think you should try your luck anyway. even if dd judges don't accept your deviation they'll send you an explanation why they refused it. that will surely help you as an artist. if you decide to go forward I redirect you to the best group to submit to dds
now changing the chat theme...I want to let you know that I'm back to writing ^^ I started reading a few things I need to produce my book this weekend and I even dropped some lines yet! I'm very thrilled with this new script ^^

Really? huh...to be honest I'm kinda surprised you think that way, I mean I'm glad you do, but to me, most of my works are amateurish at best, not really dds material. But if you truely insist, I just might consider sending one of my sprites to dds, but I'm not totally sure about it right now ^^
