Description
So, I was initially going for a 70s anime look with these two. Like what would happen if they made a standalone Johan and Peewit tv series and collaborated with a Japanese animation company, kinda like how Dogtanian and Sherlock Hound were made. Not totally satisfied with the background or the digital clock portion (due to the font, mainly), but everything else turned out nicely.It's also a panel redraw from a scene in the third album (or tome, which term's used now?), "Le lutin de bois aux roches".

I love this! The VCR tracking effect reminds me of Saturday Morning Watchmen, which if you haven't seen it, is awesome.

Lots of fiddling with layers on GIMP. Some blurring, a noise filter, motion blur of a color layer over a black and white one, and a lot of toying with opacity and later settings.
