There's a certain point at which even I loose me patience with shi painter. This was it, though I actually planned to make some more elaborate background (hat is to say some arabesque) and work on some other things.With a special dedication to ~ skie-archer , ~Hosio and ~noCka

I would never have thought Noir Desir was known in Poland. Great song, too bad it was one of their last, now the singer is in jail (killed his girlfriend while he was drunk and had taken drugs, very sad story)
Anyway, I'm supposed to comment about the art and not just the song, I am not? I really like this picture, this girl's eyes are really beautiful. Also, while I didn't like too much your first pictures, because they looked too much like manga, in your last images you are developping a style of your own, with still manga influences but also more realism (and some art nouveau influence
The only pb I have with this piece is it looks like... hard to explain... her face isn't perfectly symmetric (well, I know the drawing itself should certainly not be symmetric drawn from this angle, but what I mean is her face, the object itself isn't perfectly symmetric... arghhh, I hope you see what I mean, it's hard to explain in English)

I know even too good what you mean ^^ Thing is, that it was much worse in the beginning so I did a lot of retouching but in the end I had terrible problems with shi painter was totally fed up with it. That's why it's still not perfect. Anyway, thank you for your comment ^^ I like my new style better too
"Le vent nous portera" was actually quite well known in Poland, unlike their other songs. The murder case of the singer was probably even better known...

O.O The astounishing thing with this piece is that there *IS* a quite well-known French song which title is 'Le vent nous portera' by Noir DΓ©sir and that this picture is a perfect rendition of the feeling of that song... but maybe you actually know the song so it's not so astounishing anymore XD;;
