I'm not a good designer, so this is what I can... I don't even know whether this kimono can be created or not...

Well, that's the thing. GLaDOS isn't cute so much as "pleasant". More of a receptionist/flight attendant/etc. type...with a knife behind her back. Then again, she has three stages, doesn't she?
