Dunno....probably because of the direct translation..."demon god"...though he turns out to be the good guy....and, as far as I'm concerned, the only way to beat Majora!

Yup! I'm not really sure it's possible to beat the game without this mask...I mean...I guess if you're really good you could but it would be tough. The Fierce Deity mask made it a piece of cake...the boss battle was almost laughable with this mask...It's at the very end of the game when you fight Majora...if you got every single mask, Majora gives you this one...supposedly they were rivals when they were both spirits or something...*shrug* I'll have to read that part of the manga again to know for sure.

Ohh, interesting~ I remember my younger brother got tired of collecting the masks, so he went ahead and fought the last bad guy. I feel like he did beat it, but it was so very hard...? Or maybe he tried and wasn't able; I just don't remember.

But yeah, then the second time through he had the wedding-related mask on him (the last one he needed), and was like "what the freak! I lost all my masks-- ohhhh wait >3" That's what I was like, too. Man, the Fierce Deity version is amazing... O.O

Funny what you say about water temples too, heheh~ ^_^ The one in Ocarina of Time was a fun concept even though it was annoying, and I actually think it and the fire temple were my two favs in that game. Hmm; if the light temple hadn't been in the boring desert (I thought it was boring, anyways... despite the lovely Gerudo), I would've liked it better, too.

OH! The wedding mask! I hated that mask!That was so annoying! and I had a REALLY hard time with it....I still don't think we've gotten it.

The Water Temple in Twilight Princess is kinda tough...the staircase switches...and the water level changes things...it's really hard, but fun too...though I have to say the sky temple is one of my favorites. (The boss on that one RULES)

Ohh wow...! T^T I've seen the Fire Temple in LoZ: TP so far, but that was all (and I absolutely <3 the magnetism thing there XD I love the Zelda games' ingenuity), but man, as you mention this (like the Sky Temple... sounds awesome!), I really wish I had that game. And was playing it. Right now.

I played it a bit this evening....and I'll probably play more before bed...
The sky temple was fun and the Gerudo fortress was fun...all of them were great, but those are my favorites...the fire temple was fun too....the boots got frustrating after a bit. LoL....you just move so slow with them on!

Yeah...you only get it at the end, but after you get it and save the game, you can use it for boss fights too. (It comes in handy for the stupid water temple...oh...I HATED that temple! The water temple is ALWAYS the worst one!)

They are awesome...They're my second favorite race of the races of Hyrule. Sheikah take first place as far as I'm concerned...I was bumming pretty hard in Twilight Princess...Khakariko should be in habited by Sheikah!

They're an ancient race of Hyrule (they were mainly in Ocarina of Time) Who were the guardians of the Hylian Royal family...there was supposely only one left (Zelda's "nanny", Impa) but then Sheik comes along...(Zelda in disguise as a sheikah...though I'm one of the many who prefers to labor under the delusion that Sheik was a real person once upon a time...then Zelda impersonated him)...
They're mentioned briefly in Twilight Princess, but you never see them.

They've got red eyes...way-cool.

You're not the only one. I read a fanfiction about Sheik once that was just beautifully written...the girl was writing it in chapters and she never finished it and now it's nowhere to be found...it was called "The Seer of Kakariko"...talking about Sheik's childhood and such...
In her fanfic, he was seperate from Zelda and Zelda disguised herself as him or something like that...
She wrote another series...called Heroes of Hyrule or something like that...I don't remember...but again, it was so well-written! I was so sad that she removed it.

The zoras are simply beautiful. If I didn't love them before, I certainly did after Twilight Princess! Oh man I wish you could see that entire game...their race is just so proud and lovely in this game...especially the queen...she's just beautiful.

Someday. Someday... ...maybe I will start saving up mah money for a Wii and TP. 9_9; Even though I need to save up money for other things first, I'm sure...
Well, I know there's also the Gamecube version; but after watching my friend play it for Wii, swinging the controller/sword looked like it would be so much fun. ^_^

It really is so fun...and you get used to the controllers really fast....it was weird going back to playing with my PS2...
