So what I think happened is that in this world,the human Luna was told of her pony reincarnation and what happened to her as Nightmare Moon.But what (I think) Discord did not tell her WHY she was sent to the moon or something.

Luna seems to be an "arc villain." That is, she serves as an enemy to the protagonists, but only for part of the overall story. Arc villains usually end up removed as enemies in some way at the end of the arc, either being imprisoned, killed or reformed. Luna will probably end up being one of the latter. Arc villains that come to mind include: the Koopalings (Mario), Freeza (Dragonball Z), and pretty much any level-end boss character in any video game.

Discord is what we call the "Big Bad." The Big Bad is the overall villain of a story. He/she arranges all the obstacles the protagonists face. Everything the lesser villains do usually works into the Big Bad's ultimate plan. The Big Bad is usually defeated (rarely reformed) as part of a story's end game. Other Big Bads include: Sauron (Lord of the Rings), Voldemort (Harry Potter), Dracula (Castlevania).

But I wonder if Luna has a backup plan for that? Celeste could easily help Twilight find Rainbow and I doubt Rainbow's gonna want to take anything they give her. Especially when her element is nearby.

And who's that one Shadowbolt talking to AJ exactly? Is it Big Mac in disguise? (Going by those tombstones AJ saw earlier)
