I wonder how Sunset came to know of her past life? At least I think it was her past life; I think the transfer of souls here happened before the civilization of bronies worshiped Celestia several centuries ago, and in any case it must have been at least 22 years ago, which would put Sunset in her late thirties at a minimum if she had just been living here all this time. She doesn't look to be in her late thirties.

Also, this world could really do with a school of friendship. People clearly need it.

*we see Daydream Shimmer coming out of the portal and arriving at Kristal's laboratory*

Kristal: So, what did you see?

Daydream Shimmer: That universe was...strange. Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash were there...and they were using some kind of strange magic...not Equestrian magic, not Meridianite magic, not divine power...some kind of strange Sailor Moon-esque magic. There was a hydra...and a version of Gilda that wasn't Ace...and this man...

Kristal: Yes?

Daydream Shimmer: This strange man with a black cloak...so sinister, cold and terrifying...he reminded me of the Purple Man, or the Kingpin, or Helmut Zemo...I could sense some immense amount of magical power coming from him...

Kristal: Do you think he could be trouble?

Daydream Shimmer: No...I don't think so. He didn't seem to recognize me...which means his universe doesn't have a Sunset Shimmer. And he looked shocked when I came back here...which means his universe doesn't have inter-universe travel capabilities.

That is right Dash was not there to see Pinkie be "serious" in a fight.  I think she might be surprised to see how dangerous she can really be.  Though she did have that gleam for a second and then Pinkie lobbed off all of its heads.  I would think Dash would think that was serious. 

It would be interesting to see Pinkie fighting all of her friends.  Sort of like you have in the new art with Spike.  He looks like a powerhouse and I wonder if Pinkie would be similar (though she fights in a totally different manner).
