i can make a rough predict that applejack's transformation to the bearer is when during the fight with the shadowbolt haze(or nightingale) attacks applejack but twilight(or the other four) dived in and took the attack which then caused her to say
why she would risk her life for her to which she then said because your my friend and aj saying that she rejected it but twi(or the other four but twi makes more sense) said that she promise to cover each others back which then cause aj to
finally understand true friendship and maybe have  monologue(like the one rd had before she gained her power)that she if she had been honest with herself instead this wouldn't have happened(that if she can move on from the reason why she rejected friendship which may have involved aj old friends(maybe the ones who bullied fluttershy)who had abuse her family riches which may had cause her parents death(as mlp canon said that aj parents died and would explain the black ribbon on the tree as it could show where they were buried)where she gains her power and curb stomped both haze and nightingale(as descent might have already given up or quit the shadowbolts) and then saying she still got a long way to get use to friendship(this is just a hunch so i may be wrong and if she does defeat haze can we see his full face(rather then his mouth or his eyes) and see if make descent finally quit the shadowbolts and review his true name as flash sentry(and maybe make twilight fall in love with him or vice versa(i'm a flashlight fan))

she is helping from the sidelines and making sure her home doesnt get destroyed. much like my OC, but he is a trained spy and commited many crimes, so now that he is on the good team, he sorta wants to make up for it. but often this turns out to be criminal as well, since he is sort of a Robin Hood, but without anyone noticing the good things he does...

totally agree. seriously, Sunset is one of my favourites, especially since she seems to be some sort of anti-hero or something like this in this comic.
u know, anti-heroes are my favourite type of characters. i mean, take the Ghost Rider for example: he got his powers from the devil himself, doesnt have a soul and kicks ass everytime he finds evil.

she could be seen on the last page as well, also, yes, it was her. my guess is that she somehow found the horn-wand thingy and when she found out that she could do magic with it, she trained. or someone taught her.

lyra - like most secret magical powered adventure series there is always one person from the local media who wants the truth. Most of the time you brush them off and find them humorous, but don't think for a minute they can't be the biggest danger to the secret aspect.
