Check it out with an open mind. The first one is rather meh, but Rainbow Rocks is actually quite fun to watch because they became much braver in their references and dialogue.

Kinda like the Tinker Bell movies. (except Friendship Games definitely wasn't as bad as the Lost Treasure was, but hey, here's hoping the fourth in the Equestria Girls series will improve just as much as the Great Fairy Rescue improved over the Lost Treasure).

You know, as my last comment regarding the actions of one of my OCs in this comic triggered an almost immediate response, I may do this again, but this time with Blast, my dragon OC:

Hanging from the root of an old tree, Blast tried to make his way up a mountain, with his only motivation being that he knew he had to. After taking his trusty grappling hook out of his bagpack, he threw it up to the hollow trunk and pulled himself up to safety. A strange woman with an even stranger staff walked up to him and asked: "Who are you?" Blast answered: "My name is Blast. Who are you?" The woman answered: "I am Ember. Tell me, why did you climb this mountain?" Blast answered: "Honestly, I have no idea. It may sound weird, but I just knew I had to do it." Ember said: "This isn´t weird at all. I summoned you here, you know?" Blast asked: "Wait, what? What do you mean by that?" Ember answered: "There is more in this world than what can be seen. For example, there used to be another world. A world without humans, where I was a dragon. This staff, the Bloodstone Scepter, gave me access to my powers, and I can use it to summon others who used to be dragons in their last life, as well as giving them access to their powers." Blast said: "I guess I would know if I would´ve been a dragon. Now, if you would excuse me, I have a mountain to climb." He put his grappling hook back into his bagpack and wanted to continue climbing, but the urge to do so was gone. Ember said: "It is already too late to get down before nighttime, so why don´t you come with me? I set up a camp in a nearby cave."
Inside the cave, Blast looked around and saw that it looked as if something had molten the stone. Ember asked: "Pretty impressive, right?" Blast asked: "What happened here? And don´t we need a fire to avoid becoming popsicles?" Ember answered: "Yeah, we do." Suddenly, she was surrounded by a blue energy, and as the energy disappeared, Blast saw a creature that looked like a dragon, with wings, a spiked tail and horns. Shooting a small flame out of her mouth, Ember ignited the pile of wood in the middle of the cave. Blast said: "So, you really were telling the truth. I can´t believe it. Real life dragons. Right in front of me." Ember asked: "Do you want your powers now?" Blast answered: "If I look as awesome as you, sure." Ember took the Bloodstone Scepter, pointed it towards Blast and covered him in a red energy, which then turned black and completely numbed his senses. When he could think clear again, Blast felt slightly stronger than before. Ember said: "Black and dark purple. Not bad." Looking around, Blast noticed that he had a tail, which he had almost no control over, as well as a pair of wings, which didn´t follow his orders. Ember explained: "Don´t worry, you get to control them soon." Blast asked: "How can you tell?" Ember answered: "Birds learn these things fast, too, right?" Blast answered: "Yes, why?" Without a warning, Ember grabed Blast and threw him off the cliff like a paper plane. After falling down half the mountain, Blast´s wings unfolded and kept him in the air. Feeling the wind under his wings, seeing the landscape in all its beauty beneath him, and the stars and the moon above him, Blast suddenly knew how to fly and returned to Ember´s camp.
A few days later, Blast and Ember gathered a few things for a long journey, as they would leave the town in search of other dragons. Ember had a feeling that there was a reason for her getting her former powers back, and Blast wanted to see the world.

The guy in the comic is a guy. Chrysalis is a girl. I dont think she would walk aorund in disguise in this world, as noone knows who she really is.
also, why do people call her a monster? she just wanted to find a place for her species to survive, she just had the wrong plan.
one of my OCs, a changeling who lives among ponies under the name Stealth, currently is in Fillydelphia and works as volunteer. He was part of a very small task force which consisted of less than 10 changelings. their mission was to spread out during the attack on Canterlot, which, in my fanfiction, actually was just a distraction so the task force could blend into ponykind and not only feed off their love, but also make them see things from the changeling perspective, so that when Chrysalis returns to Canterlot and asks for permission to stay, even if Celestia refuses, there will be such a huge uproar that she reconsiders and lets the changelings stay.

I'm super confused, Why are we talking about your OC? What does that have to do with Chrysalis in this comic? She would be disguised as a man right now in this comic because there are currently two very powerful reincarnations of Celestia and Luna and if Chrysalis has all her memories like Celestia does or even part of them like Luna then she knows to hide. Also Chrysalis is evil, she may have good intentions for her people but that doesn't extend to other people. In the last finale of the show we see a future where she willingly and happily hunts down and captures ponies while enslaving Equestria.

i know that Chrysalis is evil, but she isnt stupid. if she has all her memories from Equestria, or even some of them, she would´ve figured out that noone else has their memories from Equestria, so she wouldn´t go into hiding, as there is noone she would have to hide from.
also, about the finale: we never saw the rest of the invasion. or the beginning. i mean, what if Cadence and Shining Armor first met on the party after Twilight got her cutie mark? since she didnt get her cutie mark in this alternate timeline, these two wouldnt have met, giving Chrysalis no wedding to crash. she probably wouldve showed up, ponies got scared and just because the changelings were outnumbering the ponies, they took over Equestria and now they take preventive measures so the ponies dont destroy them for what they are.
Changelings are obviously insectoids and live in a swarm. now, let me tell you a think about swarms: noone does anything he/she shouldnt do. if Chrysalis mkes up a new law (burps are an official greeting, for example), every Changeling follows it. no "if"s, no "but"s, no problems. therefore, Changelings could easily take the role of a law enforcement part of society, such as  police, as none of them can break any laws Chrysalis told them to follow. they would obviously need to take on pony forms at first, but over time, im sure Changelings would become a common sight in Equestria, if the ponies wouldnt have considered them evil just because they feed off of love. i mean, think of it: guards who can impersonate royalty if a threat is made against them, so the guard becomes the target, police officers who could be anyone (seriously, shape shifting police ponies would especially keep the "hehe, commiting crimes sure is fun"- type of criminals at bay, as anyone could be a police officer). i guess if the Changelings wouldve chosen a different approach to the situation, such as asking Celestia for help, things wouldve turned out waaay better for both sides.
