Leave it to Pinkie to be the first one to notice things like Twilight being back. I suppose it's lucky Sci-Twi didn't have her own will, as being made a servant for all Twilight's friends may have driven her over the edge. Just the thought even makes Twilight groan at what they did. But man, having the ability to make Sci-Twi look like anyone if she has the right scenario, could be very useful for espionage and the like if ever needed.

okay so if there's any lesson to take away from this part of the story it's this: You can love your friends all you want but that's not gonna stop them from having those asshole moments that annoy the hell out of you to the point where you wanna tear your hair out

I'm guessing Pinkie just used Sci-Twi as a body pillow. This version of her does seem to be quite possessive if not outright in love with Twilight, so it wouldn't surprise that with the implications of Pinkie's home life, she took Sci-Twi home with her for the sake of comfort. At least Sci-Twi can come back around. Hoping she gets some level of autonomy/sentience, since the EQG series never followed up on Twilight and Sci-Twi meeting each other, it would be interesting to see two Twilight's together here.
