the end of KH3D has Yen Sid instruct Riku to bring Kairi to his tower to begin her Keyblade combat training. so yes, by KH3, she will be taking part in battle with everyone else.

This is seriously awesome. Minnie looks like she is a brawler/berserker/fighter class, which is SO awesome and I would LOVE to see that in addition to her magic abilities from KH2. Daisy looks really great in her mage robes and her staff looks lovely. Kairi has that graceful yet powerful appearance, which is shared among them. It is a great depiction of a female trio and seeing them in action would be so rewarding for me. Stand aside, guys, they have it covered. Awesome portrayal!
