Kerenza looked at the one of a kind lead she held in her paw, the loop for her paw dangling uselessly as she inspected the damage. One simple thread was all that had come loose. Just one tiny thread and they wanted to make her wait a full 2 months to get it fixed.
Unbelievable.
Even when she had offered to pay those commoners 3 times what fixing it was worth, the fools had still insisted they could go no faster.

It was simply ridiculous, just how was she supposed to wait that long to walk Circe? Surely they didn’t expect her to use a common leather lead? A leather did not match her runeboo’s collar at all and with her boos rare collar frills, a standard collar was out of the question.

Very well then. If they weren’t willing to help her, she wasn’t willing to wait for their so-called expertise. Clearly, the seamstress who made the lead was a fool, incapable of fastening a simple loop of fabric properly. Kerenza looked at the table with the recently bought sewing supplies strewn about, the finest she could buy. It was one simple line of stitching, she’d have it done in no time, after all, it couldn’t be that hard.
