Description An older piece from my furniture design class two years ago.

Materials: birch plywood
Dimensions: 20"x20"x20"

Our assignment was to use a 4x4 foot square of plywood and some kind of joinery technique to make a table. The first thing I thought of when I looked at the plywood was, volumes by cross section , a concept used in Calculus to determine the volume of a shape below a graph. I used to have the equations for the curves that make up the legs written down but I can't find them anymore.

The slot style joints I used make it very easy to take apart and put back together. It's a pretty mobile piece of furniture.

That looks so cool. They look like Chinese letters.
