Keko isn't from any normal hospital either, its kinda a mental asylum, and she lieks bleeding through the halls
and the background to why i drew this is coz Keko wants to escape the hospital, so if its not real, nothing is. And then she disappears into the daRK

I didn't actually use any effects other than the writing where I motion blurred a duplicate of the text. I drew the rest and blurred the background. No brushes or anything special, I like it to be all free hand. A lot of layers help =]
