Well, these took way longer to make than I thought they would... That said, I think I did a good job here. I added a second set of sprites this time, where Pauline's dress isn't able stretch over her expanding body, exposing part of her ballooning boobs and her blimp of a belly. Anyone is free to use my sprites as long as they give credit.
