Description
So, I was at 's stream to celebrate reaching 1000 watchers, and I had an idea to do a sprite of his Pooka gal. Two hours later, I ended up with this. I hope you guys like it, and congrats on getting a thousand watchers Raikovjaba!(also, don't worry, I don't think Dig Dug's going to be able to pop this one)

I still can't get over the fact that there's a popular arcade game (well, not as popular as pac man to be fair, but well known) where you inflate things to death and absolutely no one questions it. then they go on the internet and get butthurt when we do the same thing basically to anime girls, just without the to death part usually.
like I found that game so odd as a kid but now I can't even bring myself to play it. SOMETHING I SPEND EVERY EFFORT TO HIDE FROM THE WORLD, my friend is just casually playing like no one's business while we're at the the arcade, it's just such a weird feeling

Hmm... I guess arcade games were just so weird and abstract back then that no one really noticed. I'm sure some people thought it was weird at first, but most of them eventually got over it and dig dug was accepted as "normal" when it comes to classic videogames.

it's the same reason people don't think willy wonka is a weird fetish film, people turn a blind eye to things they complain about being weird, but then as soon as they see people on the Internet build a community around it suddenly they have to be mocked and degraded for it.
ohkay I guess that logic isn't as flawed as I tried to make it sound, still it just seems hypocritical to me, people obsess over things like cars and no one bats an eye over that..

there are plenty of outwardly bizzare fetishes that don't get hated on as much because of how popular and widespread they are. I guess expansion art is just popular enough to be noticed and become ubiquitous disapproved of but still too underground to be widely accepted.
