Fantastic. I love the sort of 19th-century portrait look that you've captured. I'm guessing that you work from antique photgraphs (at least for inspiration)?

Those are some great influences (or sources of inspiration). Once you start investigating Poe, Baudelaire, or Maturin (etc.) it just leads you to more and cool, neglected figures, their lives' work, the imagery that surrounds 'em. You put those influences to good use...cool stuff.
