Hey, I haven't made a 3D render in a long time, eh?
Anyway, here's a pretty hi-res 3D Mario render I did in Blender. The model is from Super Mario 3D World, and I based the pose off of Mario's jumping animation from the same game.

That's pretty much it.

Oh it's also my 100th deviation! Hooray! *parties*
I'm also almost at 10,000 page views, so another "hooray" for me!
Not so bad for three years, eh? :^)
