It's the title of a Finnish folk song about päivänsäde and menninkäinen. Päivänsäde roughly means ray of day(light), essentially symbolises light, and is a character in the song, menninkäinen is a gnome like creature who tries to get Päivänsäde to stay even though night is coming, and with night Päivänsäde dies/vanishes iirc. Kindof a short synopsis of the song, hope you understand.
