Backstory:

In this universe, demons are a common entity, and are often hunted and sealed away for the public safety. September 18th 20XX, Max's mother died from an incurable disease that she had been fighting for years. After becoming depressed and mourning the death of his mother, a powerful demon was summoned by this sadness and proposed a deal. The demon would bring back his mother if he did deeds for the demon. The demon's tier was known to be of a giver, receiving part of a demon's dna, he can pass the marking and demonic traits onto a victim. By making a deal with this unknown Giver, Max gained the marking of a demon and it's traits. In order to keep his demon-form hidden from the public-eye, he casts a spell that lasts 8 hours a day, portraying himself as human. To keep his mother alive, Max has become this powerful demon's own hitman, if he refuses to comply with the deed, his mother will not only become dead, but be sent to hell for eternity, along with the shielding-spell to no longer work, exposing his demon-form forever. Max is forever cursed to live his double life as a demon-assassin and a normal kid in high school.

Important Information:

*The demon-scar appeared after he made a deal with the unknown demon

*He himself can see his demon-form 24/7, but when the shielding-spell is cast, his demon-form becomes transparent to the human-eye

*Any type of anger can destroy the spell and reveal his form

*Max is a senior in high school, he casts the spell early in the morning and it wears off once school hours are over

*The spell uses up his energy, causing him to stay awake 8 hours, and sleep the rest of the day

*Max lives in a dormitory attached to his school, along with the rest of his classmates

*He agreed with the deal more-so for his father, who was also harshly mourning the death of his wife

*Once the deal was sealed, and his mother came back to life, the worlds memory of her death was erased, except Max's

*Max's hair is dyed, he was born a blond

*He forever sees himself as a disappointment to his mother and the world
