Oh, no it's an armored leg. The reason he doesn't have the armor on his other leg is that he got injured there, hence the wrapping.

Does he really? Huh I may have given his design too much "fantasy" feel to it. It's supposed to be mostly sci fi, with a touch of fantasy. Also check out the artist
