Before rendering make sure to right click on viewport and select 256 samples DoF or above in the render settings

Personally I use 1024 samples DoF and 3840x2160 resolution. In case if there is movement I turn off motion blur. Sometimes when your project is getting big the sfm won't render poster, but give it a time and it should go in a while.
