Another WALL-E fanart ^_^and my first Charlie Chaplin too!
I figured that since WALL-E is like a character out of the silent films like Chaplin, I would draw them both together in a bar like drinking buddies. Have the Tramps of both the old and modern era, sharing each other their problems with in handling love.
What Chaplin is saying is a reference to my favorite Chaplin film "City Lights" where Chaplin tries to win the heart of a blind flower girl.

I totally get this because I've seen both films! And here's a bit of trivia, WALL-E's character is actually strongly based on Chaplin's Little Tramp character. Says so in the artbook!

But yeah, I'm gonna assume that EVE is an Apple product, judging by the shiny white she's made of, and all the other cool little things.
But wait... Wall-E makes the Apple startup noise when his battery is 100% charged... could they possibly be cousins?
Also, I THOUGHT CHAPLIN WAS SILENT...
