I SHALL EXPLAIN-
RT Gaster is only interesting in chasing Delta and Blackberry, he wouldn't have attacked anyone if Fell didn't attack him first. So once Fell retells the story of what happened, he skipped the part of attacking RT Gaster because he was near Red. He simply says that he attacked him because he didn't like his face, Fell doesn't like a lot of people, so that reason doesn't make sense.
Delta didn't know Red was there- and obviously the only answer to 'why would you attack this guy that's only interested in attacking me?' to him would be 'Because Fell cares about me.'

Red is uhh.. sometimes he thinks about it, but he prefers to believe that Fell hates his guts. He'll mostly ignore anything that Fell does.
