Did you mean Serif? Well...he cant change that he reset again. (only he reset not the timline) and Chara is there, too. (I mean they share a soul together) Chara would say, he should stay determined and not giving up on Papyrus if he really wants to help. (by the way, I think there is only one way to really kill Serif and If you knew this way, it is probably easy for papyrus to kill him)
