I can not even say if you in any way care for him but what i can say is that this depression can go in two directions: 1. I would wonder why it is Underfell Papyrus is like this....if I didn't already know several possible reasons.
Whether they're right or not...meh.

Any self respecting person absolutely don't want to stop pestering their siblings.
But I'd like to think of it as a challenge from a only child, because we don't know what it's like to have siblings.
Therefore watching sibling squabbles is not only entertaining but fun. However there are limits to how much fun there is watching the same thing over and over again....
So, I issue a challenge to you.
Try to go an entire week without seeing or interacting with your brother. Meaning no physical or social contact.
Basically it's a test of abstinence. And I don't doubt you can't do this (you do have other things to do other than bother you brother...right?) since your supposedly so "great". Then again you could just turn the challenge down because it's 'not worth your time'.
