They requested a super tired Sans that gets yelled at by Papyrus and I drew the last half of this comic first, then got some help from Mizzy and brought this up

yeah, he'd most likely tell him that he either healed himself or he just fell asleep on the job and had a nightmare and then say something like "Stop being stupid, lazy bones." before making sure he's stuck in his bed and ordering him to stay there till he returns.
